JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms' customers Attend to customers' queries in-store and online stores Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Tiktok, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction JOB REQUIREMENTS: Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets Strong focus on self-improvement and performance Commercial awareness and sales drive - to sell more products through our multiple online platforms Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
