Additional Information

We're always looking for the ones truly passionate about their work. If you are amongst them, you can rest assured there is a place for you in eMAG. We've grown very fast and are determined to keep doing so. What brought us here is our desire for continuous evolution and practical results. More than 6000 colleagues are part of eMAG Teams . We strongly believe in people's development and therefore every year we invest more and more energy and resources to remain an organization that is constantly learning. We want to ensure that you'll have the most talented colleagues and the proper environment to grow and achieve great results, to become what you desire on a personal and professional level. Join us, grow faster ! Product Manager (Genius Team) What you'll have to do: Own the product areas under the Genius subscription program - taking full responsibility for how subscription flows, benefits, and Genius features work and are presented across the eMAG website and mobile app. Drive the full development cycle: write clear user stories, run daily standups, manage iteration planning and backlog grooming, and translate business requirements into well-defined deliverables for a backend-heavy team. Shape product decisions - not just execute them. You'll have an active voice in defining what gets built, how subscription mechanics work, and how benefits are structured and evolve over time. Coordinate partner integrations and cross-platform features - Genius benefits span multiple platforms (Freshful, Wolt, Flip, Fashion Days and others) and require close alignment with external and internal stakeholders. Ensure Genius features are reliable and correctly implemented on both site and app - covering display logic, subscription state management, eligibility rules, and edge cases. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and platform teams to deliver coherent product experiences and well-prioritized roadmap items. Use data, subscriber research, and business context to inform decisions, measure the impact of shipped features, and continuously improve the product. Anticipate and surface risks early - in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, proactive communication is as important as delivery. What makes you a good fit: Experience and Background Minimum 3 year of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role (mid-level profile). Proven product ownership - you have taken projects from zero to one, making independent product decisions, not just managing a backlog handed to you. Solid grasp of the software development process - you understand how products are built end to end, how to plan a sprint, who to align with, and how to turn a business need into a clear, actionable user story. Experience working in cross-functional delivery - you've collaborated across Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams and know how to keep everyone aligned without losing momentum. Comfortable working on backend oriented, but also front-end products - you don't need to write code, but you understand the concepts, constraints, and trade-offs well enough to have a real conversation with engineers. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus - enough to pull data independently when you need it, without waiting for someone else. Soft Skills and Communication Ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of what matters most. Customer-first thinking - you put the subscriber experience at the center of product decisions, not just what's easiest to build. Clear, structured communication - you can explain a business need concisely, write coherent user stories, and present trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactivity and ownership - you drive your areas forward without waiting to be asked, and you take accountability for outcomes. Adaptability - you're comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with custom-built systems, evolving processes, and a high degree of autonomy. What we've prepared for you: Medical subscription: Medicover or Regina Maria. A flexible budget that you can invest in yourself as you wish: meal tickets, holiday tickets, cultural vouchers, private pension, foreign language classes, eMAG, Fashion Days, Therme and Genius, membership to different gyms or even professional development classes. Different discounts from our partners: banking, mobile, dental medicine or wellness. Access to the Bookster library and free credits on the Hilio psycho-emotional health platform. An accelerated learning environment, with access to over 100.000 curated online resources and platforms, learning academies and development programs. New headquarters, where sleek design, natural light, and versatile spaces create an energizing and comfortable environment for hybrid work.
