Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed work instructions in line with Airbus and Defence processes

- Understanding of full project lifecycle including design, production, risk, and cost control
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and collaborate across multiple functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement
- Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience .
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within aerospace, space, or military electronics engineering
- Experience working within regulated, high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Airbus or Defence manufacturing processes and standards
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and technical publication processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting product qualification, trials, and production ramp-up

You will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations for high-reliability electronic products, ensuring processes are robust, compliant, and optimised for efficiency.
