Experience assisting with technical aspects of the marine or mechanical engineering discipline projects. Experience supporting field inspections to determine maintenance capabilities. GS-07: Experience reviewing plans, specifications and preliminary engineering reports and design drawings. Experience communicating orally and in writing on a range of engineering matters.
