PMO / Project manager (Banking)

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics
• Analyze project data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting across stakeholders
• Governance & Compliance
• Support adherence to enterprise governance frameworks and toll-gate processes
• Assist in ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Maintain project documentation aligned with internal standards
• Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and documentation
• Capture minutes of meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
• Key Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in project management or PMO coordination, preferably within banking or financial services IT environments
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Domain Knowledge:
• Familiarity with risk management, IT operations, and regulatory frameworks in financial services
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS SharePoint, Confluence, or similar PPM tools
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Experience in banking transformation or large-scale regulatory programs preferred
