Business Development Executive

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media, online marketing or F&B industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or marketing is preferred
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Friendly working environment with good work-life balance
• Adjustable shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Information

Job Duties Develop new customer channels and maintain good relationship with regular customers Cooperate with online food delivery platforms to optimize store operation Assist in social media content planning, posting and customer engagement Support promotional activities and events to increase store visibility and sales Collect market information, simple competitor analysis and report to management Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
