Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional guest service
• Responsible for overall sales
• Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
• Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
• Responsible to meet all Health Department and TAM regulations and maintain standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Assist team members if needed
• Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description
• Skills/Qualifications:
• Required:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of serving experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler's certification card and TAM
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
