Warehouse Supervisor (Outbound / East / Shift work) [EL]

About the role

Oversee daily operations to ensure customer expectations and performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded. Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers regarding delivery orders and returns. Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve warehouse operation issues. Generate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency. Organize and schedule daily deliveries to the shopfloor. Train employees on outbound processes in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment in line with 5S principles.
