Role overview As a Lead Software Developer, we expect you to be disciplined regarding software development, ready and eager to lead projects and initiatives, and collaborate with and mentor technical and non-technical teammates as you plan, develop, and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. We expect you to provide guidance, support your team in their efforts and be an effective delegator with an objective-oriented mindset.
