Vendor Strategy & Adoption: Collaborate with the Merchandising and Category Management teams to drive RMN adoption among iHerb's brand portfolio. Develop educational materials and best-practice guides to help vendors maximize their Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Ad Inventory Optimization: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement new ad placements (white space) that drive incremental revenue without compromising site performance or user conversion. Global Campaign Alignment: Integrate retail media placements with iHerb's global promotional calendar, ensuring ad strategies align with major shopping events such as the 29th Anniversary Sale, Singles' Day, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
