Beauty Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.
• Exposures to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc.
• To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
• Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers.
• Responsible for staffing, staff development and training.
• Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation.
• Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff.
• Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target.
• Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.
• Manage customers complaint on a timely manner.
• Requirement:
• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
• Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
• Experience in beauty services.
