Job Description Position Overview Essential functions & main objective of the job Conduct and build sales activities by regularly visiting farms and dealers in order to introduce new and exisiting products by adhering to our companys "ethical business practice" procedures and guidelines. Communicate with customers based on technical acumen and implement sales/marketing activities. Actively and independently conduct sales calls, business reviews, and joint planning with key accounts and KOLs to build strong, trust-based relationships and unlock growth opportunities. Closely collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, regulatory, and regional teams to design and implement account-specific solutions, campaigns, and projects requested by the Business Unit Manager Main Roles & Responsibilities Primary responsibilities in order of importance Sales and Growth Objectives Achieve sales, margin, and portfolio penetration targets across assigned key accounts and territories. Develop and execute account plans, including pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecast accuracy. Monitoring business (80%) and Ruminant biopharma business (20%) management Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor(s) Conduct regular business reviews, performance tracking, and joint action plans to improve outcomes and loyalty. Implement company strategies and solutions tailored to each account's production systems and business priorities. Stakeholder Engagement and Networking Build a strong business relationship with veterinarians, production managers, procurement leads, and association leaders in ruminant industry. Organize and deliver customer presentations with updated technical/product information and value propositions at seminars and account meetings. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, RA, and Regional Species Teams to co-create integrated solutions (products, services, trainings) for key accounts. Coordinate dealer engagement where relevant to support execution and product availability. Market Intelligence and Planning Collect field data (market trends, species-specific issues, competitor activities, customer feedback) and provide insights to support strategic planning and campaign design. Maintain accurate CRM records, account notes, and opportunity statuses to enable data-driven decisions. Compliance and Ethics Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, company policies, and ethical standards. Report Adverse Event or Product Quality Complaint to DPOC after customer/distributor report. Qualifications / Required Competencies - Functional Knowledge: Account planning and strategy, customer relationship management, product and market knowledge (ruminant), commercial negotiation, project management. - Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration; English proficiency is required . - Leadership Behaviors: Focus on customers; drive results; demonstrate ethics and integrity; resilience; proactive approach. - License / Certificate: Driver's license required. Livestock background preferred; other relevant animal health certifications are an advantage. - Others: Beef/dairy farming experience is a plus .
