About the role

Contract Period: From 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 Working Hours: ● Mondays to Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hr lunch break ● When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6.30am to 3.30pm (inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break) ● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. LOCATION: Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities

• To maintain general cleanliness of the school areas / classrooms and the cleaning equipment used
• To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment
• To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the School
• To ensure all rooms' lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors
• and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving

• Any other duties assigned by the OM, AM and the School Leaders.
• Job Requirements:
• a. At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting
• b. Physically fit to perform the required duties
• c. Proficient in communication in English
• d. Competent in using common smartphone applications (e.g. internet
• browser, Singpass, Whatsapp), and Walkie Talkies
• e. Pleasant in disposition with a positive attitude.

Additional Information

Role : This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected, You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Choa Chu Kang ) in the day-to-day activities.
