Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build simple conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support access request navigation.
• Support development of Power BI dashboards for BAU access management.
• Develop Python scripts for access data validation, reconciliation, and analysis under guidance.
• Assist in data preparation and validation for migration activities, including access mapping checks.
• Support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) data alignment to the target access model.
• Partner with Business Analysts to support access redesign, rationalization, and migration tasks.
• Document tools, scripts, and processes for handover and BAU transition.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or automation, preferably in financial services.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Basic SQL skills and comfort working with structured datasets.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, chatbot platforms, or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude).
• Good attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a programme environment.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Education in Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• Experience or internship in financial services (asset management, banking, or insurance).
• Relevant certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft AI Fundamentals, or Python.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Data analysis, reporting, automation, Python for data analysis and scripting, building dashboards, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Copilot Studio, chatbot platforms, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude), Microsoft AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Additional Information

The Data Analyst is responsible for delivering AI, reporting, and automation support for the Aladdin Access Remediation Programme. The role partners with Business Analysts, Governance, and Programme teams to build capabilities of AI tools, Power BI dashboards, and Python automation that improve usability, transparency, and execution efficiency. All outputs complement existing IAM platforms and governance processes and do not replace core enterprise IAM tooling.
