Ranch Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

This dynamic hands-on and entrepreneurial position is responsible for delivering sales growth of a premium grass-fed beef business. This position also works very closely with the Ranch Manager to plan and facilitate on-site experiences for ranch guests and VIPs. Duties and Responsibilities Lead all sales and marketing activities, which may include: Craft and deploy high-impact social media strategies to increase audience engagement and community growth Optimize website performance and e-commerce operations to improve user journey and maximize checkout conversion rates Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness Grow and develop strategic partnerships Develop and monitor performance KPIs to monitor sales growth, and ROI of marketing activities via Google Analytics Manage and support Ranch events and customer experience Provide planning, and both on-site and off-site support for customer events Provide hands-on support during events, including facilities preparation, hospitality, and cleanup Coordinate or perform tasks associated with events, which may include supply pickup, facilitating guest transportation or other related needs Recommended Qualifications Experience in digital marketing and strategy, and e-commerce platforms Experience developing custom events for a broad range of clients, up to and including C-suite personnel and executives Hands-on ranch or farm experience Project management skills Strong communication skills A self-starter with resourceful thinking, and a willingness to do some manual labor Working Conditions Ranching Environment with on-site lodging and guest facilities Local travel as needed for support of ranch operations and hospitality duties - expectation is 20% Responsibility for Safety, Health & Environmental Individual is expected to perform job duties safely and in compliance with documentation outlined in the Safety, Health & Environmental system.
