Responsibilities
- S erve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions.

- Participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of programs to develop the human resources function. Provide site wide policy roll out and refresher training, as needed.
- Assist with the optimization of Workday.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Partners with leaders on development and training needs for departments.
- Maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as needed in partnership with HRD.
- Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all DrinkPAK's policies and procedures.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Occasionally this role may require working nights and weekends as needed to support the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful job performance .
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources preferably as a Generalist or Business Partner in a manufacturing environment .
- Experience with Workday required . Back-end configuration of Workday huge plus.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required .
- Continuous improvement and solutions driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task. Strong ability in juggling multiple priorities in a start-up environment.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on thorough documentation.
- Experience with human resources processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent, succession planning, open enrollment, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and administering human resource processes and programs. Strong understanding of compliance with government laws/regulations.
- Basic working knowledge of payroll processing and time & attendance regulations
- Willingness to take on any task in order to support the needs and growth of the company. No task is too big or small.
- Must be willing to travel to other DrinkPA
