Sales Buyer Team The Sales Buyer Team drives Zefir's growth by directly influencing our business outcomes. Every team member actively contributes to our success. Working closely with Operations, you will gain insights into Business Unit metrics management and organizational dynamics. This is an internship scheduled from July to end of December. Responsibilities/Mission Manage a portfolio of hundreds of prospective buyers , building trust-based relationships and guiding them through the buying process. Persuade prospects to schedule property visits by accurately understanding and addressing their needs. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of property visits , in collaboration with real estate agents and clients. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and proactively refine our sales pitches and internal processes. Gather and relay client feedback to inform marketplace enhancements and tailor our offerings to buyer expectations. Participate in the continuous improvement of business processes through the integration of AI solutions (including tools like Claude, Chat GPT) to streamline internal processes and optimize the customer experience. Work independently with other Zefir teams on additional tasks under the guidance of various leads, including: AEC Lead led by Pierre-Henri Fournier, Ops Lead led by Arthus de Torquat, AM Lead led by Alexe Ravalet. Qualification Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset. Driven by exceeding objectives and motivated by achieving ambitious targets. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BBA3, BBA4) or taking a gap year from a business school or equivalent university program. Fluency in French (native) and English is mandatory Passionate about joining an innovative startup committed to transforming the real estate industry.
