Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts, ensuring technical milestones are met and SLAs are consistently exceeded.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central point of coordination between client stakeholders and internal teams, translating complex client requirements into actionable internal work-streams.
  • Strategic Enablement: Partner with executive leadership to identify and execute expansion opportunities, providing operational insights to build multi-year account roadmaps and drive net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Process Design & Optimization: Identify structural bottlenecks in the enterprise delivery model and design scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks to support revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Management : Lead recurring operational reviews with client-side technical and business leads, providing transparent reporting on performance metrics, project timelines, and platform health.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Management Consulting (Tier 1 firms preferred) or Strategy & Operations at a high-growth technology company.
  • Execution Mindset : Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and autonomy.
  • Analytical Rigor : Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to diagnose operational issues and navigate technical documentation and dashboards.
  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to distill complex technical concepts into
  • concise, executive-level briefings. You are as comfortable in a Jira board as you are in a
  • boardroom.
  • High Endurance: Thrives in high-cadence, Series B environments, with persistence to see long-term projects through to completion.

Benefits

SuperDial is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Lead to serve as the primary operational architect for our most significant enterprise partnerships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level account strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for the health, stability, and operational scaling of a portfolio of mission-critical accounts, ensuring that SuperDial's platform delivers maximum value at scale. This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of rigorous project management, technical fluency, and commercial intelligence. You will report to the Account Management Lead and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure flawless delivery.
