Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• a) Set up a facility management team, lead and provide guidance to the team and manage the FM contract
• b) Develop a strategy for facility management with Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators
• c) Coordinate operational strategic facilities management services and team management
• d) Plan, manage and oversee effectively the operations for facilities management
• e) Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions
• f) Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• g) Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules
• h) Ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• a) At least a degree in Facilities Management
• b) Good knowledge of FM job scope and SOP
