Logistics: - Tradelink declaration for inbound and outbound shipments - Document filing, reports preparation and data entry in ERP system - Provide administrative and clerical support for the team - Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned Aftersales Services: - Assist in after sale service including inspection of defective items, system maintenance, update report and coordinate with repair center - Reply regular questions from stores regarding to customer repair and store inventory repair (repair charge/ lead time/ repair status etc.)
