AND Licensure Requirement An active, current license as a pharmacist in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States; AND You must have at least one year of professional pharmacy experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal Government obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: Providing advanced clinical and research pharmacy services in a medical or research facility. Compounding, formulating, and managing sterile and investigational drug products. Collaborating with physicians, clinical investigators, and research staff on drug therapy plans and research protocols. Conducting audits, studies, evaluations, and quality assurance activities related to drug utilization and pharmacy operations. Independently managing research pharmacy operations, including regulatory compliance, USP 797 requirements, staff training, and oversight. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
