Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Workers to join its client's Integrated Urgent Care Team, based in Tameside. What will your responsibilities be? Completing rapid response assessments for adults in crisis to determine risk, mental capacity, and immediate safety needs Coordinating short‑term interventions with health partners, crisis services, and community support to stabilise situations and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions Managing urgent safeguarding enquiries by gathering information quickly, implementing protection measures, and ensuring safe discharge or follow‑up planning
