- Host the guest as per SOPs and direction of the SPA Manager.
- Who We're Looking For
- Recognized qualification or certifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness treatments.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or professional spa environment is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of spa treatments, anatomy, and wellness practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- High standards of hygiene, professionalism, and discretion.
- Committed to creating exceptional, memorable guest experiences that reflect brand values.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-first environment, balancing operational demands with team development.
