Working closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers, you'll take end-to-end ownership of quality - from initial feature design through to production release - with a focus on manual, exploratory, and context-driven testing. • Designing and executing thorough exploratory tests across a complex web application, going well beyond predefined cases to uncover critical edge cases
  • Actively participating in product discussions, challenging design and implementation decisions to uphold high standards
  • Identifying and communicating technical and UX risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Using logs, production issues, and usage patterns to guide your testing and prioritise risk
  • Spotting usability issues and providing actionable UI/UX feedback to support a seamless customer experience
  • Helping define and refine QA processes as the engineering team continues to scale
  • Who they're looking for
