Job Responsibilities: Process and check Chennai Office payroll Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation. Orientate new staff of all levels and maintain/update personal files; assist in all onboarding related matters. Administration of work passes related matters & managing of foreign workers matters. Update and maintain training record In-charge for submission of worker's Hospitalization claims to insurer. Manage VISA applications. Assist to book hotel & flight tickets. Other admin duties or ad hoc as assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 2 years of HR experience preferred Responsible and willing to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company Attention to detail and problem-solving Transport is provided to and from Tuas Crescent MRT station.
