Develop an understanding of features of Non-profit & With-profit products and their sensitivities to key risk drivers. Carry out various tasks for Capital Modelling and Reporting along with ad-hoc process improvements. Produce RSG (risk scenario generation) files and conduct stress and scenario testing. Maintain audit trails / version controls to demonstrate adequacy of spreadsheet controls for future enhancements to tools. Draft and maintain up-to-date, appropriate documentation and checklists for any processes that are implemented. Work with colleagues across other areas within Finance and Risk to support delivery of financial reporting in line with regulatory deadlines. Responsible for learning and applying actuarial concepts to deliver accurate and timely work under guidance from experienced team members. Works within clearly defined processes and frameworks, seeking clarification when needed and following instructions carefully to ensure quality. Delivers assigned tasks and outputs as per given specifications, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail while developing problem-solving skills. Actively participates in team discussions and shares ideas, asking questions and suggesting improvements based on observations and newly acquired knowledge.
