Product Manager (m/f/d) - Asset Tracking

KINEXON is a leader in Physical AI for Manufacturing & Sports, turning real-time location and motion data into actionable intelligence and automation. Our AI and IoT-driven platform supports a wide range of applications, from automated logistics and safety solutions in factories to live player tracking and performance analytics in sports. In sports, 80% of NBA teams rely on KINEXON technology, alongside FIFA and top European football teams and leagues. In manufacturing and logistics, we partner with blue chip companies including BMW, Siemens, Airbus, Continental, and MTU to drive measurable efficiency gains. Founded as a TU Munich spin-off, we are a team of ~250 people headquartered in Munich with a US office in Chicago - and we're hiring ambitious talent ready to shape the future of physical AI.

Responsibilities

• Product ownership for specific Asset Tracking workflows and use cases (RFID-related use cases)
• Customer discovery with enterprise customers (shadowing and leading interviews)
• Translate customer and operational requirements into clear problem statements and backlog priorities
• Close collaboration with Engineering and TPMs on delivery, rollout, and quality
• Support GTM enablement with product insights, demos and value narratives
• Track adoption, usage and outcome KPIs for your product area
• YOUR PROFILE
• 2-5 years Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred) or similar
• Strong interest in IoT, physical operations and data-driven products
• Structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills across Product, Engineering and Ops
• Fluent English and German language skills

ROLE PURPOSE Own and drive a defined part (e.g., RFID) of the Asset Tracking product domain, focusing on customer value, delivery execution, and continuous improvement. You work hands-on across discovery, delivery, and adoption while contributing to the overall Asset Tracking platform strategy. This position requires 2-3 days of in-office presence per week in Munich.
