M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with M&E consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Review and comment on M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor M&E installation works and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve M&E-related issues and defects.
• Coordinate with other project teams (e.g., architectural, structural) to ensure integration and compatibility of M&E systems.
• Develop and maintain M&E-related project documentation, including records of inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and contractors.

Requirements

• Relevant experience on construction industry for new build and A&A work for condo, factory. relevant certificates recognise by local authorities eg BCA, MOM
• Fresh candidate will be guided along the way
