Job Scope As the Area Manager , it is an important leadership position within our Restaurant Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing Restaurant Managers and managing a few outlets. As a leader, you'll be looked upon as a calming force when the heat's on. On any given day you will be leading the team through busy service periods, training, proactively improving guest experience, managing food safety and food quality, managing inventory and financials for multiple outlets.
