Drive process improvement by developing best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with clients on specific configurations and customizations to meet their unique needs. Manage and execute development tasks related to onboarding new clients, leveraging a modern tech stack including Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.
