Position Overview Align is seeking a hands-on Procore Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and continuously improve the connection between our data center construction project management platform (Procore) and our cloud-based accounting system (Sage Intacct). This role bridges operations, finance, and technology, ensuring both platforms work in sync to deliver accurate data, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights for leadership. The SME will go beyond initial integration, taking full ownership of system administration, task management, user permissions, reporting, training, and process optimization to ensure long-term adoption and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be an operational problem-solver with a strong grasp of construction/data center financial workflows, accounting processes, and cross-department coordination. You'll oversee integration functionality and act as the in-house expert - leading process improvements, task oversight, training programs, and reporting initiatives that drive efficiency and informed decision-making. This hybrid role reports to the Program Manager and will work 2 days per week in our Plano, TX office.
