Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing new products-from initial idea to successful market launch. Your key tasks include:
- Leading NPD (New Product Development) projects across the full stage-gate process-from idea to market launch

- ABOUT YOU
- University degree, preferably in engineering, materials science, or business administration
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment (e.g., construction, infrastructure, mechanical engineering)
- Experience in new product development (knowledge of stage-gate processes is a plus)
- Understanding of supply chain, procurement, quality, and business case calculations
- Basic knowledge of plastics processing (extrusion/injection molding) is an advantage
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, marketing, and engineering
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% (e.g., for customer and project meetings)
