Strong strategic mindset combined with commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Solid knowledge of European labour relations, with exposure to global markets considered an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
