Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide professional recommendations on health and wellness products.
• Promote healthcare supplements and related products to drive sales performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address product-related enquiries.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor product availability and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising displays.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in healthcare/ Science related disciplines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable travelling to various locations across Singapore (travel allowance provided).
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about health and wellness products.
• Sales or customer service experience will be an advantage.
