Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of DoD and DON/Navy policy issuance's relating to various SAPs programs and their application in the development of new IT policies and procedures within the DON SAP Enterprise; 2) Mastery level knowledge of agency program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones, and methods of evaluation to analyze program accomplishments for strategic planning and long range operations; 3) Mastery of IT theories, principles, concepts, standards, and practices sufficient to apply to information management, information technology, architecture, data management and cybersecurity; and 4) Mastery knowledge of all related DoD and DON IT policy, plans, and guidance.
