Responsibilities

- Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required ; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare, with demonstrated progression in:
- Key / strategic account management, enterprise sales, or commercial strategy
- Engagement with large hospital groups or complex healthcare customers
- Experience within Orthopedics , procedural MedTech, or capital-intensive portfolios strongly preferred.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market roles within SEA or equivalent emerging markets.
- Enterprise & strategic thinking - links customer strategy to broader business outcomes
- Strong external orientation - deep understanding of healthcare systems, customer priorities, and market dynamics
- Influence without authority - effective operator in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Commercial and financial acumen - understands pricing, value, and sustainable growth
- Travel: Up to 30 % , across the SEA region
