Responsibilities

- Ability to create and maintain positive and effective relationships with external customers
- Proactive and independent approach to managing your work
- A clear communicator both in writing, through remote communication tools and in-person, including confident presentation skills
- Competent user of core MS Office and familiarity with CRM databases
- It would be fantastic if you also had:
- Some knowledge and experience in academic publishing
- Some previous experience of selling into or working with Academic Higher Education library markets
- Some experience of selling digital content both directly and via third parties

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive in Malaysia to join our Online Resources sales team. Your role will involve promoting our products and services to customers and prospects, attendance at professional meetings and conferences and in-person client visits in Malaysia. You will be part of the APAC commercial team responsible for the sales and promotion of Online resources within Malaysia, reporting to the Sales Manager.
