What you'll do An opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to become part of the college's friendly and professional executive support team. You will work to the Vice Principals for Improvement and Innovation and Curriculum and Support, providing them with proactive, flexible, and responsive support. You will manage diaries, arrange meetings and events, create presentations and other resources, and perform other administrative duties as required within the team. Executive Coordinators are key to the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Team and provide a personal administrative and organisational support service, liaising with other colleagues from across the college to ensure consistency, pace and momentum are maintained. Who we're looking for A proactive team member who will work with leaders to manage processes such as investigations and student appeals, quickly and efficiently Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good digital skills, who is confident influencing even the most senior college leaders Someone who is professional and flexible, with high customer service standards Confidence in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters at the highest level of college management Experience of supporting meetings, preparing agendas and papers and accurate minutes or action logs. An interest in using technology to make these processes more efficient, whilst maintaining security and confidentiality, is particularly desirable Previous experience of an educational environment is also desirable, especially experience with curriculum operations or quality improvement The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.
