As the People (HR) Manager , reporting to the Sr. People Director, you'll be responsible for serving as the primary people leader and strategic advisor for Quorum's Brazilian operations. You will lead the execution of organizational strategies, ensuring talent solutions are tailored to the local market while remaining aligned with global business goals. This position is considered a people manager and will balance high-level strategic partnership with the oversight of local operations, data integrity, and the full team member experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Advisory: Partners with department leaders to develop and implement People strategies that support business objectives and foster organizational effectiveness. Employee Relations & Compliance: Provides guidance on complex employee relations matters and maintains expert knowledge of Brazil labor laws and Union regulations to ensure all policies meet legal standards. Performance Management: Leads bi-annual Performance Review cycles and supports managers in identifying performance challenges through targeted development plans and coaching. AI & Process Optimization: Researches and implements AI automation tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks, such as initial inquiry screening and data entry, to enhance HR operational efficiency. Data Integrity & Analysis: Oversees the optimization of HRIS records (ADP Workforce Now) and utilizes data analysis to identify workforce trends, providing actionable insights for business decision-making. Total Rewards Coordination: Collaborates with the payroll team to ensure all compensation changes are processed accurately and assists in compensation reporting using specialized analysis tools. Lifecycle Support: Manages the full team member lifecycle by providing knowledgeable onboarding and off-boarding support for Brazil-based staff. Program Implementation: Coordinates company-wide programs that enhance engagement and career development, utilizing engagement survey data to lead retention initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a consultative or leadership role within an international environment. Language: Proficiency in speaking and writing English with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all team members. Technical Skills: Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar cloud-based HRIS, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Brazil labor laws, Union regulations, and HR compliance best practices. Operational Skills: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with integrity. Work Environment: Ability to work successfully in a fully remote environment.
