We're recognized for our people-focused culture: Lawn & Landscape Magazine Best Place to Work - 2024 & 2025 Dayton Business Journal Best Place to Work - 2024 & 2025 Cincinnati Business Courier Best Place to Work - 2025 Key Responsibilities: Provide lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest treatments to residential properties Drive company vehicles on local routes and safely operate application equipment Perform property evaluations and make service recommendations based on lawn conditions Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at each visit Document service details, property conditions and customer notes using mobile devices Identify opportunities for additional services, earning commission on produced work Collaborate with Lawn Care Specialists, Sales Specialists and Customer Experience team members High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk 10-12 miles, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Successful completion of background check.
