Senior Facilities Technician (Sci MNC) #HHL

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of facility systems.
• Manage minor facility projects, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, cleanroom, boiler, RO water, and compressed air systems.
• Support equipment validation, continuous improvement, and compliance with GxP, GMP, and EHS requirements.
• Train and guide junior technicians.

Requirements

• Min. Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Min. 7 years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, cleanroom, utilities, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in GMP/GxP regulated industries (medical device/pharma preferred).
• Able to work independently and lead a team.

📍 Changi 💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 + OT (where applicable) 🕒 Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
