Location: Toledo Hospital Department: System Resource Pool Operations Weekly Hours: 21 Status: Part time Shift: Afternoons (United States of America) Job Summary: Distributing staff resources equitably across ProMedica is the top priority of the Resource Pool Staffing Coordinator. You will ensure 24-hour nursing staff coverage by completing staffing sessions, adjusting assignments, and documenting staffing outcomes. You will work with Nursing Leadership to fill vacancies and determine daily staffing needs. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the Central Staffing office and Nursing Leadership to foster a high-performance, team-oriented atmosphere.
