Housing Manager

About the role

You will serve as a Housing Manager in the Unaccompanied Housing Oversight of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting inspections, audits, studies, and program reviews for Unaccompanied Housing. ; 2) Identifying problems and deficiencies, such as tenant responsibility for damages beyond normal wear and tear; 3) Recommending and/or implementing corrective measures, changes, and improvements in UH; 4) Developing and providing briefings and orientation for incoming residents, commands, and special groups authorized to utilize housing facilities; and 5) Managing and updating required resident relations and communications program to include front desk procedures, housing management, advisory councils, suggestion boxes, and bulletin boards.
