DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and campaigns for the logistics industry Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and commercial utilization Be c a r rier -centric, learning and leveraging voice of the carrier to drive relevant marketing messaging and content Perform end-to-end project management , including drafting briefs, defining scopes, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights on project status, completion, and ROI to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement Understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, using these findings to shape and optimize marketing tactics Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency , high-quality execution and execute marketing initiatives
