Additional Information

Perform reliability testing to support production excursion evaluations and SIP package qualifications. Execute routine reliability monitoring for qualification and mass production, ensure accurate and timely data recording. Maintain up-to-date log sheets and documentation for all reliability test activities. Ensure full data traceability to support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements. Conduct first-level validation and preliminary analysis on reliability test failures. Escalate abnormal findings, equipment issues, or test deviations promptly to responsible engineers. Operate, monitor, and manage reliability test equipment and chambers (e.g., HAST, Temperature Cycling) in accordance with defined loading plans and procedures. Record, compile, and report reliability test results accurately and within defined timelines. Communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders regarding test status, issues, and progress updates. Monitor and maintain reliability lab inventory, including test samples, consumables, tools, and equipment. Perform periodic inventory checks and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with requestors on test unit handling, disposition, and status tracking. Ensure adherence to laboratory safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements. REQUIRED: Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Semiconductor, or related field). Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor reliability lab, testing, or manufacturing environment (preferred for Technician III level). PREFERRED: Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge of SPC techniques, quality tools and Six Sigma will be a plus Hands-on experience with reliability test equipment such as HAST, Temperature Cycling (TC) or similar systems is an added advantage. Basic understanding of semiconductor packaging, reliability concepts, and failure mechanisms. Ability to follow detailed procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications. Good data recording, documentation, and reporting skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with MS Excel, data logging systems, or basic data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform first-level troubleshooting. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Willingness to work in a cleanroom/lab environment and flexible to shift work if required. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Familiarity with quality management systems; knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements will be an added advantage.
