Plata Card is hiring an Engineering Manager for our Colombia Origination Delivery team - a key initiative focused on scaling our product platform in Colombia by building on top of the proven solutions already established in Mexico. Your mission is to ensure strong and sustainable engineering delivery in Colombia: extending and adapting the existing platform, maintaining high development velocity, and building a high-performing local team aligned with global standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you combine people management with technical involvement. You will act as a manager and mentor for the team - developing engineers, shaping processes, and ensuring delivery quality, while staying close to the codebase to make informed technical decisions and contribute when needed.
