Responsibilities

  • Executive Office Logistics & Coordination
  • Manage and coordinate executive-level logistics, including preparation for Commissioner meetings, briefings, public appearances, and external engagements.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, and coordinate high-priority initiatives related to safety, worker protections, service quality, accessibility, regulatory modernization, or economic sustainability.

  • Coordinate with policy, legal, communications, and operations staff to ensure materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with agency priorities.
