Staff Manufacturing Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, Maintenance and Repair process: Have a deep understanding of Aircraft Assembly, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Repair process understanding. This includes both from engineering to shop floor manufacturing and scheduling.
• Integration and interface development: Collaborate with other SAP modules and external SAP and non-SAP systems at Archer to establish seamless integration and efficient data exchange. Develop interfaces and integration solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and support : Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP PP-PEO functionality, working closely with end-users at Archer to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Offer technical support, troubleshoot problems, and implement enhancements to address system issues.
• What you need:
• 10+ years of experience in an SAP S4/HANA and MES Solution architecture.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP PP or PEO Solution Architect.
• Proven track record of successfully installing PP/ PEO in previous projects.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a must.
• At least 5 years of experience of architecting and delivering SAP PP-PEO solutions in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP-PEO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with shop floor integration, SCADA, and Teamcenter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• SAP PEO, SAP PP, SAP WMS, Working technical writing or documentation
• Bachelor or Master Education in a computer, engineering, or technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Aviation and/or Automotive EV background will be a plus, not a mandatory requirement.

We are seeking a Staff Manufacturing System Analyst to lead the end-to-end solution, design, and delivery of integrated manufacturing technology solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This role will serve as the single point of contact for providing application support for manufacturing application systems, co-ordination with business stakeholder to ensure production operations working seamlessly. The role will partner closely with SAP cross functional, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality functions to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and enable future-state capabilities across our manufacturing footprint.
