Responsibilities

  • Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions
  • Financial Planning & Technical Support
  • Provide comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning, and tax services to high-net-worth individuals
  • Prepare customized financial exhibits, including asset allocation, retirement planning, education funding, insurance, and estate planning analyses
  • Prepare tax projections as well as income tax returns
  • Collaborate with internal specialists on financial statement/performance reporting, tax, and planning projects
  • Support complex family office structures, including trusts, foundations, and multi-entity reporting
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, accounting, tax preparation, or working in a family office environment
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
  • Prior family office experience strongly preferred (but not required)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Tax and accounting experience preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  • Understanding of family office structures, trust administration, and multi-generational wealth management is a plus

  • Compensation Range:
  • $85,000 - $105,000
