Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Technology, Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, maritime, or industrial environments
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds and speeds, and workholding techniques
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and technical specifications
  • Familiarity with multi-axis machining operations and CNC machine controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capability
  • Experience programming 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers
  • Familiarity with aluminum fabrication and marine manufacturing processes
  • Experience supporting robotics, defense systems, aerospace structures, or autonomous platforms
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Prior hands-on machining experience operating CNC equipment
